What I’d like: Film List.

I’d be really pleased if someone would build this web+iphone app:

  1. Single service site that allows me to add films I’d like to see to a list by typing or saying name of film
  2. Film entries map to a central database to ensure title/director correct (or can add a new entry if not in database)
  3. Links to (or pulls in info from) IMDB
  4. Allows me to make multiple lists, or simply filter using tags
  5. Drag-and-drop to prioritize films for watching
  6. Drop-down button next to film name allows me to select a link to stream or download (and rent or buy) the film, using APIs or scraping (e.g. rent from iTunes, add to Netflix queue, go to correct page on IndieMoviesOnline)
  7. Simple way for other sites (e.g. Flavorpill) to put a “Add to my Film List” button next to any films reviewed
  8. Can cross off films I watch (or automatically accomplish by buying a ticket through Fandango) and add a comment to provide a sort of ongoing diary of all the films I’ve seen

Seems the heavy lifting would be in the back-end database matching.

A nice 2-bedroom flat will set you back $2500 in both NYC and London. Living conditions in Luanda are extremely poor, with essential services such as safe drinking water still in short supply.   Luanda is the world’s most expensive city for overseas Americans.

They also deliver 1 pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair they sell. I got the Huxleys in light tortoise.
